Erendira : An Ideal Destination

Erendira, more formally known as Ejido Eréndira, is a small community located within the city of Ensenada, on the Baja California peninsula. Belonging to the third largest city in Baja California, Erendira is a veritable paradise of cultural exploration, fine dining experiences, and recreation. Many tourists even purchase seasonal homes in the community, to visit and entertain in, during the most favorable seasons of the year. Erendira is home to an estimated two thousand people, but is a seasonal home to another two thousand people who visit frequently. The climate is typical to the colder, dreary side of the Pacific coastline, and the community itself is quite secluded and calm with many of the locals being in the commercial fishing industry. There are a few grocery stores, a general market, a couple gas stations, and a cozy little hotel. With this part of the Baja California peninsula being so secluded and sparsely developed, there is a seemingly endless variety of vibrant flora and fauna thriving in the area. An amazing plethora of wildlife visitors can expect to witness are migrating whales, dolphins, seals, pelicans, snails and a huge variety of marine fish, as well as clams and seagulls.
